Our Story

About Walk-In Bathroom Tubs Manchester NH

A locally owned walk-in tub installer, built from one bathroom retrofit.

Doug Provencher ran a plumbing and remodeling business across southern New Hampshire for the better part of two decades — bathrooms, kitchens, the occasional emergency water heater swap — before his father, living alone outside Goffstown, slipped getting out of his own tub and broke his hip. The bathroom he came home to after months of recovery wasn't built for someone still relearning his balance, so Doug rebuilt it: a lower threshold, grab bars placed where his father would actually reach for them, a bench sized for him specifically, not a showroom mockup.

Seeing what that one room did for his father's independence — and realizing how few contractors in the area treated this as a specialty rather than an afterthought — is why Doug stopped taking general plumbing calls. Every job we take on now starts the same way that first one did: an in-person look at the actual bathroom, because a century-old Manchester triple-decker and a new build in Londonderry don't behave the same way.

What We Won't Compromise On

No Upselling Past What You Need

We recommend the model that fits your bathroom and your situation, not the one with the highest margin.

We're Your Neighbors, Not a Call Center

This is where we live too. If a job needs a second look, we're the ones coming back to make it right.

Patience With a Hard Moment

This project usually follows something difficult. We don't rush the conversation or the decision.
